What hours do you operate? Do you work on weekends?Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. If you contact us on the weekend we will get back you during opening hours.

What pricing arrangements do you offer?Our services are set price, meaning you only pay for what you actually need done. We can tailor a service to suit your budget.

What kind of cleaning do you do?We offer cleaning services for residential, DVA, NDIS, commercial, office, and spring cleans.

Do I need to provide anything?Our team carry all of the necessary equipment and products to ensure your home is left beautifully clean.

Are your cleaners subcontractors?No, our cleaners are directly employed by us and all are comprehensively trained and equipped to provide a high standard of service.

Can I trust the cleaner you send to my building/house?Our team undergoes a screening process which includes a National Police Check before commencing work.

Do I need to be present when you clean?No, it’s up to you. Some clients prefer to be present whilst others prefer to use that time to do other things.

How often should I get my home or office cleaned?It typically depends on what your needs are, each space is different. Generally, a family with kids and pets will usually ask for a clean on a more regular basis than someone who lives by themselves.

Do you bill directly to NDIS and DVA?Yes. We bill directly to NDIS and DVA.
